We are thrilled to announce the return of the Harvest Celebration at R.J. Haney Heritage Village & Museum on Sunday, September 14, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and we would love for you to be a part of it!

This longstanding community event is one of the most beautiful celebrations of the season, set against the stunning backdrop of the Village adorned in vibrant autumn colours. After a long, busy summer, the Harvest Celebration is a wonderful way to connect with the community, showcase your culinary talents, and celebrate the flavours of the Shuswap.

Why Participate?

Unparalleled Exposure – With 250 tickets available, this event traditionally sells out, offering a fantastic opportunity to connect with local food lovers, industry peers, and potential customers.

A Unique Sampling Experience – Attendees purchase sample tickets redeemed for food and beverage samples. Vendors can choose to:

Donate the value of redeemed coupons ($4.00 per redeemed coupon) back to the Village for a charitable tax receipt or Profit-share, receiving $2.00 per redeemed coupon with a tax receipt for the donated portion.

An Easy and Organized Setup – We provide tables, tents, glassware, plates, and cutlery. Power is available upon request. You are welcome to bring decorations, signage, and promotional materials for your space.

Event Details for Vendors

• We ask that each sample be valued at $4.00. 
• Please prepare approximately 200 samples for the event.
• Setup begins at 11:00 AM and completed by 2:00 PM.  Gates open at 3:00 PM.

We warmly welcome restaurants, cafés, wineries, breweries, caterers, and specialty food vendors to join us in making this event a success. This is not just a fantastic business opportunity but a meaningful way to support the Heritage Village & Museum, a non-profit dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Salmon Arm and the Shuswap region.

Last year, we had to make the difficult decision to cancel the event due to low vendor participation. We do not want that to happen again! Without our vendors, there is no event. That’s why we are reaching out early to secure commitments and ensure a successful and well-attended celebration.
