First, thank those who have already confirmed their pie donation for the Best of the Shuswap Pie Auction on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Piccadilly Mall! Your generosity is truly the secret ingredient that makes this event the success it has grown into.

Last year, thanks to you, we raised an astonishing $67,750, with one show-stopping pie selling for $5,000! Let’s make this year another record-breaker!

As we get ready for another exciting auction, I’d love to hear what kind of delicious creation you’ll be donating. Once you’ve decided, please send me a brief description so I can have it ready for the auction. Your mouthwatering details help bring in the best bids!

Feel free to get creative! Whether it’s a classic favourite or a unique masterpiece, bidders love a great story behind a pie.

Need a pie plate? I’ve got you covered! Let me know, and I’ll arrange to get one to you.

• Live Auction Starts: Noon (You’re invited to stay and watch—it’s always exciting to see what the pies auction off for!)

Your support means the world to us. The Pie Auction is one of our biggest single-day fundraisers, helping to sustain and grow R.J. Haney Heritage Village & Museum. Without your pies, there would be no auction—and without the auction, we couldn’t do what we do.
