Dear Educators!! For the 22nd year, an exciting program is being offered during the fall harvest season! R.J. Haney Heritage Village takes the learning experience outdoors. Travel with your class to the Heritage Village and visit Mrs. Haney’s hired help. Learn about the summer kitchen and how to make apple sauce. You will get to taste a fresh batch! Toss an apple into the press & see how it works. Everyone earns their keep at the Haney Farm and it is laundry day, you will learn how to wash your clothes on a washboard and use a wringer and hang them to dry. Dates & Times available are: Thursday September 19th at 11:00am-12:30pm Friday September 20th at 11:00am-12:30pm Each time slot can host up to 25 students.
