We are thrilled to invite you to be part of our milestone 25th Annual Harvest Celebration at R.J. Haney Heritage Village & Museum on Sunday, September 8, 2024, from 3:00–6:00 pm. This festive event is one of our most popular and eagerly awaited fall gatherings, typically selling out with 250 tickets printed. It's a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business to the community and connect with fellow business peers—and there is no cost to participate.

Event Highlights:

Savour the Flavours of the Shuswap: Enjoy a delightful medley of mouth-watering local cuisines from some of our region's finest restaurants, cafes, caterers, cideries, wineries, and breweries.

Live Music: Groove to the tunes of the local "Green Room" duo, featuring Elaine Holmes and Lawren Clark. Their blend of Latin, Folk, Jazz, and Pop influences will provide the perfect soundtrack for a relaxing Sunday afternoon.

Rain or Shine: We've got you covered with tents and festive decorations, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere regardless of the weather.

Key Information for Participants:

Menu Planning: Each sample provided should reflect a value of $4.00. Guests receive three coupons with their ticket to redeem for samples. Additional coupons will be available for purchase.

Sample Preparation: Prepare approximately 200 samples, ensuring they are easy to serve and suited to the event format.

Set-Up: Begin setting up at 11:00 am and complete by 2:00 pm. We will provide dressed tables, plates, cutlery, wine and beer glasses, and coffee cups. Bring any additional decorations, signage, and promotional materials for your table.

Profit Share or Donation: Choose to donate the value of redeemed coupons back to the Village for a charitable, tax-deductible receipt, or opt for profit sharing, receiving $2.00 per coupon turned in.

Silent Auction: Donate an item to our silent auction. Let us know in advance for pre-writing your bidding sheet, or bring it to the silent auction table upon arrival.

Specific Requirements: Please let me know if you need electric power, ice, or other special needs.
