Hello everyone,

The Quilts in the Village is in a couple of days and Dinner Theatre’s opening night is on Sunday! If you have already signed up to volunteer, THANK YOU; if not, please consider giving us a hand.
Do you have a friend, relative or significant other that can help? Let us know; we can use all the help we can get.

Quilts in the Village - Saturday, July 13
Gate attendants – looking for 2 volunteers to work alongside staff from 12:45 to 4:00pm
Usher – looking for a volunteer from 1:00 to 4:15pm. As an usher, you use the golf cart to take guests who need assistance from the parking lot to the Village.
Take down – looking for 2 volunteers to help take down the tents on Sunday, July 14 starting at 9am.

Dinner Theatre:
Usher – looking for a volunteer on Sunday, July 14 from 6:30 to 8:30pm. As an usher, you use the golf cart to take guests who need assistance from the handicap parking lot to the Amphitheatre. I am also looking for an Usher for July 26 & 31.
Kitchen helper – looking for volunteers to help Deb in the kitchen from 9:30 to 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 17 and Thursday, July 18. One volunteer is needed each day. I am also looking for volunteers for July 21, 24 & 28.
Food plating & Bussing – Looking for volunteers for the following dates from 5:45 to 9:00pm on July 21, 26 & 28.

Bill Laird’s Lunch:
Food Prep – looking for a volunteer on Wednesday, July 17 from 9:30am to 12:30pm
Kitchen helper – looking for a volunteer on Thursday, July 18 from 10:00am to 1:00pm
Bussers – looking for 3 volunteers on Thursday, July 18 from 12:30 to 2:30pm

Soiree Posters:
Looking for volunteers who can help put up posters throughout town. List of locations and supplies provided.
