Dear Ticket Holders, We are excited to welcome you to the Gordon Lightfoot Tribute tomorrow, Saturday, May 25, 2024, at R.J. Haney Heritage Village & Museum. Below are the essential details for the evening: Event Schedule: • Enter the Heritage Village: Your ticket includes entry to the Heritage Village anytime after 4:00 pm if you would like to visit. • Check-in and Cocktail Hour at the Sprig of Heather Restaurant: 5:00 – 6:00 pm. Check-in is on the deck of the Sprig of Heather. Complimentary iced tea and coffee will be available during dinner, and liquor can be purchased at the Sprig of Heather bar. • Dinner Service at the Sprig of Heather Restaurant: 6:00 pm. Tables will be called, so please wait for someone to direct you to pick up your meal. • Showtime: 7:00 pm in the outdoor amphitheatre. The show is approximately two hours long.
Important Notes: • Directions to the Outdoor Amphitheatre: The amphitheatre is a five-minute walk from the Village. To find the trailhead, walk past the front stairs of the Broadview Schoolhouse. Look for the three steps and follow the trail through the forest. • Shuttle Service: If you need a ride to the amphitheatre, please wait at the Broadview School benches at 6:45 pm. The shuttle will also be available to bring you back after the show. • Outdoor Amphitheatre Seating: We expect a full house as this is a sold-out show. When finding your seat, please move to the end of the bench to accommodate everyone. This is a rain-or-shine event, so please dress accordingly. Seats have backrests. You might want to bring a cushion and a blanket for added comfort. Umbrellas are permitted if it rains, and your view of the stage will not be obstructed. Please be considerate of your neighbours. • Facilities: There are no public washrooms at the amphitheatre. The nearest facilities are on the veranda of the Sprig of Heather restaurant. • Program Availability: In an effort to reduce paper waste, we encourage you to download or print the program in advance.
