Hello everyone, Hope you are having a wonderful weekend and enjoying the fall weather. I need your help with the following: Trail Set Up – We are looking for volunteers to work with Bruce and Jesse starting Tuesday, October 3 at 10:00 am, to set up the scenes at the Trail (Tunnel of Doom, Zombie Camp, etc.). We will work on the setup for several days; you don’t need to volunteer every day. We would love to have you for as many as you can help, even if it is only one day! 😊 Spooktacular Posters – We are looking for a volunteer to help us put up the Spooktacular posters around Salmon Arm. We provide a list of locations as well as tape and push pins. Posters will be ready on Friday, October 6 and can be picked up at the Village. Extension Cords & Generators – Do you have 50 - 100-foot-long extension cords we can borrow? What about a generator? If so, let me know. Extension cords and generators can be dropped at the Village between Oct 10 and 13 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Please make sure they are marked with your name. Various Roles on the days of the event – I sent an email a few days back with the list of volunteer positions available for Spooktacular. Check it out and let me know how you want to help. Besides being a fun event, we will have pizza and draws for our volunteers! Please let me know if you can help with any of these requests or if you have any questions.
